Important
Antology is UK based. Any orders will be sent from England. European or American orders will need to be discussed as sending parcels outside the UK requires independent/different delivery methods. Postage prices will also be different.
Returns and refunds
If the product is damaged/not up to standard, you will get a full refund. I will ask questions about the product fault and require pictures as evidence. You can either get a full refund or a free replacement of the order if agreed upon the fact the product is not up to standard. This is only available for 14 days after product arrival. After that, I cannot accept refund/return requests.
